Gracie did amazing on the plan trip there. She ate and slept and we could not have asked for it to go better.
After we arrived she had a very rough day. We now believe that her ears did not pop when we came down so she was in some discomfort most of Saturday.
Sunday we celebrated Jeremy's dads retirement with friends and family. It was a beautiful celebration of his many years in ministry and 28 years as Senior Pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
We truly enjoyed our time with the Lutz family and loving on our nieces and nephews.

We left Tuesday the 28th to fly back to Raleigh. After a wonderful trip we had hopes that our flight how would be a smooth one. The trip started out great.
Snuggles with Daddy
Then Gracie decided 1/2 hr into the trip would be prime time to poop. I went to change her diaper on the middle seat that was open between us and quickly learned that that was a bad idea. Grace has not finished and exploded poop all over me and the plane seat. After a moment or two of staring at each other in bewilderment, Jeremy and I attempted to clean up the best we could. Grace was very proud of herself and a happy alert girl the rest of the flight....I however, was gross!
