Videos!

We have captured some great moments of Gracie on video lately.

Gracie Dancing in Germany! This girl loves to dance!

Gracie learned to clap on our early release day due to weather. She will now clap whenever we say clap!
Oh boy we might be in trouble with these two! Gracie loves Zukey and Zukey loves Gracie!

7 Months

Our little girl turned 7 Months old on January 14th! I can't believe it! And it was 1 year ago on the 19th that we found out we were having a little girl :) This was a big month for Gracie girl! She is now an international traveler and she celebrated her first Christmas :)

What we know about Gracie at 7 Months old:
-Gracie will stay up on her knees and rock back and forth
-She no longer has to be swaddled to sleep
-Gracies personality is starting to really show, she is: silly, determined, independent, loud, happy, curious, social, focused (aren't your proud Papa), and very talkative.
-She is still super skinny! only 15lb 5 oz. Only gained 4 oz this month.
-She is beginning to manipulate her toys in her hands and will hit toys to make noise (tap and shake)
-Grace is begining to string together different sounds (mabagah)
-Gracie will roll clear across the room quickly :) She is determined to get Zukey
- She has a silly grin where she loves to show her teeth (she knows its funny)
-When she thinks something is funny she will say "Ha HaHa" almost like a grunt.
-She eats 3 "meals" a day
-Grace still wakes up at least once a night and most night only once

Germany

A long over due post about our little international traveler!

Grace was amazing on the trip to Germany. She fussed a little on the flight from Raleigh to DC and for about an hour from DC to Frankfurt when she was trying to fall asleep but over all did awesome!

Our flight from Frankfurt to DC she was perfect slept and ate like a champ. Our flight from DC to Raleigh was canceled because there was no crew so we opted to rent a car and carseat and drive the 4 hours home. She slept most of the car ride.

Needless to say we have a wonderful little traveler :)

Our time in Germany was extremely memorable. It was wonderful to spend such quality time with family. All our niece and nephews are growing up to fast and our time is always to short with them. We were blessed to all be together when the newest Lutz baby was born. John and Sue welcomed Daniel John Lutz on 12/23/12. No they were not in Germany with us.

Here are a few pictures from our trip! Jeremy promises to make a video when he tracks out in February and maybe has a little time ;)
